PocketPad 由成都思达迈动科技有限公司（以下简称“我们”）提供。本政策说明使用 PocketPad 时，设备上的信息如何被处理，以及你可以如何管理相关权限。
你的设备，由你控制。PocketPad 无需应用账号。iPhone 与你配对的 Mac 通过本地网络连接，发送控制指令、文字和你主动传输的麦克风音频。PocketPad 不提供云端语音识别服务。
1. 开发者的数据收集
我们不通过 PocketPad 收集个人信息，不集成广告、用户行为统计或第三方崩溃上报服务，不将你的控制指令、输入文字或麦克风音频上传至我们的服务器，也不用于跨 App 或网站追踪。
PocketPad 的功能在你的设备之间运行。设备本地处理及你向配对的 Mac 发送数据，不会使我们获得这些内容。
2. 功能如何处理信息
- 设备发现与配对：使用本地网络及 Bonjour 发现可连接的 Mac，通过扫码或配对链接建立连接。配对信息用于识别和连接你选择的设备。
- 触控板、空中鼠标和快捷键：处理触摸、运动传感器和按键输入，向配对的 Mac 发送对应的鼠标或键盘指令。
- 文字输入：你主动输入或粘贴的文字发送至 Mac 当前选中的输入位置。请确认目标窗口和输入位置。
- 按住传音：你启动传音后，iPhone 的麦克风音频通过本地连接传至 Mac，由 PocketPad Microphone 虚拟麦克风提供给你选择的语音输入软件。PocketPad 本身不识别或转录语音。
- 本地配置：配对设备、自定义快捷键及应用偏好等设置保存在你的设备上，用于再次连接和恢复你的操作习惯。我们无法访问这些本地配置。
3. 权限及你的选择
- 本地网络：用于发现和连接同一网络上的配对设备。
- 相机：用于扫描 Mac 上的配对二维码。
- 麦克风：用于你主动启动的传音功能。
- Mac 辅助功能：用于执行你发送的鼠标和键盘控制指令。
你可以在 iPhone 或 Mac 的系统设置中撤销权限。拒绝或撤销相关权限后，对应功能可能无法使用。你可以停止传音、断开连接或停止使用 PocketPad。
4. 你选择的其他软件与系统服务
你在 Mac 上选择的语音输入软件可能使用在线语音识别、保存音频或转录文字。该软件如何处理数据取决于其提供商、设置与隐私政策；请在使用前确认。PocketPad 不代表该软件承诺离线识别或不保存数据。
App Store 购买、系统权限、系统诊断及系统备份由 Apple 或操作系统提供，其数据处理遵循相应服务的政策。本政策适用于 PocketPad 自身及其集成组件，不代替这些独立服务的政策。
5. 保存、删除与安全
PocketPad 使用系统 TLS 加密本地连接。请只与自己的或已获授权的 Mac 配对，不向他人分享配对二维码或链接。
我们不会在开发者服务器上保存 PocketPad 的配对配置、控制指令、输入文字或传输音频。触摸、运动和按键输入用于执行对应指令；传音在你启动时进行，结束传音后停止发送音频。配对和偏好设置可保留在设备上，以便下次使用。
你可以断开连接、撤销系统权限，并使用设备提供的应用和存储管理方式清除本地数据。如需具体清除步骤，请通过下方邮箱联系我们。你自行使用的系统备份由对应系统服务和设置管理；第三方语音输入软件中的音频或文字，请按其设置和政策删除。
6. 主动联系与政策更新
如果你主动通过邮箱联系我们，你提供的邮箱地址及反馈内容将用于回复和处理该请求。请避免发送不必要的个人信息、配对密钥或敏感录音。我们只在处理请求及必要后续沟通期间保留这些反馈，之后删除或匿名化；法律另有要求的除外。
如果 PocketPad 的功能或数据处理方式变化，我们会更新本政策及日期，并相应更新 App Store 隐私声明。

Privacy Policy
Scope: PocketPad for iPhone and its Mac companion

PocketPad is provided by Chengdu Sida Maidong Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how information is handled when you use PocketPad and how you can manage its permissions.
Your devices, under your control.No PocketPad account is required. Your iPhone connects to a Mac you pair with over the local network to send control commands, text, and microphone audio you choose to stream. PocketPad does not provide cloud speech recognition.
1. Data collected by the developer
We do not collect personal information through PocketPad, integrate advertising, usage analytics, or third-party crash reporting, upload your control commands, text, or microphone audio to our servers, or use them to track you across apps or websites.
PocketPad’s features operate between your devices. Local processing and sending data to your paired Mac do not give us access to that content.
2. Information used for app features
- Discovery and pairing: The local network and Bonjour are used to find a Mac and connect using a pairing QR code or link. Pairing information identifies the device you choose to connect to.
- Trackpad, Air Mouse, and shortcuts: Touch, motion sensor, and key input are processed to send mouse and keyboard commands to the paired Mac.
- Text input: Text you enter or paste is sent to the focused input on your Mac. Check the target window and input before sending.
- Hold to send voice: When you start voice streaming, iPhone microphone audio is sent over the local connection to the Mac. The PocketPad Microphone virtual input makes it available to the voice input software you choose. PocketPad itself does not recognize or transcribe speech.
- Local settings: Paired devices, customized shortcuts, and app preferences are stored on your devices to support reconnection and restore your workflow. We cannot access these local settings.
3. Permissions and your choices
- Local network: To discover and connect to paired devices on the same network.
- Camera: To scan the pairing QR code displayed on your Mac.
- Microphone: For voice streaming you choose to start.
- Mac Accessibility: To execute the mouse and keyboard commands you send.
You can revoke permissions in iPhone or Mac system settings. The corresponding features may stop working when permission is denied or revoked. You can stop streaming audio, disconnect, or stop using PocketPad.
4. Other software and system services
The voice input software you choose on your Mac may use online speech recognition or retain audio and transcribed text. Its processing depends on its provider, settings, and privacy policy. Review those before use. PocketPad does not promise offline recognition or no retention on behalf of that software.
App Store purchases, system permissions, system diagnostics, and system backups are provided by Apple or the operating system and are governed by their respective policies. This policy covers PocketPad and its integrated components and does not replace the policies of those independent services.
5. Retention, deletion, and security
PocketPad uses system TLS to encrypt local connections. Pair only with a Mac you own or are authorized to control. Do not share pairing QR codes or links.
We do not store PocketPad pairing settings, control commands, text, or streamed audio on developer servers. Touch, motion, and key inputs are used to execute the corresponding commands. Audio is sent when you start voice streaming and stops being sent when you end it. Pairing and preference settings may remain on your devices for your next session.
You can disconnect, revoke system permissions, and clear local data using your device’s app and storage management options. Contact us below if you need specific removal steps. System backups you choose to use are managed by the relevant system service and settings. Delete audio or text in third-party voice input software using that software’s settings and policies.
6. Contacting us and policy changes
If you email us voluntarily, the email address and information you provide are used to respond to and handle your request. Avoid sending unnecessary personal information, pairing secrets, or sensitive recordings. We retain feedback only while handling the request and necessary follow-up, then delete or anonymize it unless law requires otherwise.
When PocketPad’s features or data practices change, we will update this policy and its date and update the App Store privacy disclosure accordingly.
